DALLAS-Camden Property Trust, an apartment firm based in Houston, has recently bought its second rental community in East Dallas. The firm purchased Alta Henderson, 106-unit apartment community at Henderson and Belmont avenues, from developer Wood Partners.
The three-story apartment community, opened in 2011, is more than 95% occupied and is situated on the east side of North Central Expressway. Dallas-based Good Fulton & Farrell designed the apartment project. HFF LP marketed the community on behalf of Wood Partners. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
