GlaxoSmithKline Unloads Two Imperial Center Office Buildings
DURHAM, NC-GlaxoSmithKline has sold two Imperial Center office structures in Durham to Rubenstein Partners, a real estate investment firm based in Philadelphia. The company vacated the two buildings totaling 200,000 square feet at 1015 Swabia Court and 1035 Swabia Court in 2011.
Rubenstein bought the two vacant buildings, constructed in 1987, for $4 million. The company also owns the NASCAR Plaza office building in uptown Charlotte along with Charlotte-based Trinity Capital Advisors. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
