Cokeva Takes Former HP Building at 900 Foothills Boulevard

ROSEVILLE, CA-A Rocklin business has bought an old Hewlett-Packard Co. facility in Roseville. Cokeva Inc. purchased the 326,000-square-foot HP "R10" facility at 900 Foothills Boulevard for an undisclosed price. The building sits on a 57-acre land on Foothills Boulevard.
Meanwhile, Sutter Health has leased the "R12" building at 9100 Foothills Blvd. Since 2007, the HP "R10" building has been vacant. Cokeva has plans to sublease part of the building. For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal .
