Clairemont Village Shopping Center Changes Hands for $27M
SAN DIEGO-A unit of San Diego-based Kleege Enterprises has purchased the Clairemont Village shopping center at 3005-3033 Clairemont Drive in San Diego for $27.3 million. The six-building retail center, which has roughly 45,000 square feet of space, was sold by Pacific Clairemont Holdings I.
The shopping center, developed in 1954 and refurbished in 1983, is leased to tenants such as Keil's Food Stores, Edward Jones, HomeTown Buffet and Subway. It was earlier sold for $29 million in 2005. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
