JACKSONVILLE, FL-Roanoke-Vinton Radio Inc. has purchased the Venture Plex building situated on the Southside for $2.5 million. The company bought the 42,000-square-foot building at 7235 Bonneval Road to house a local radio station there. Nearly one-quarter of the building is being utilized executive suites.
Local radio stations WBOB and 91.7 The Promise will shift to the new location after their current lease expires. Brooke Sams with Ponte Vedra-based Killashee Investments LLC brokered the deal on behalf of the buyer. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
