CenterCal Receives $54M Construction Loan from U.S. Bank
PORTLAND, OR-CenterCal LLC, a retail developer based in Portland, has secured $54 million in construction loan from U.S. Bank for two projects in Idaho and eastern Washington. The loan will fund the construction of The Village at Meridian in Idaho and Washington Plaza at Valley Mall Shopping Complex situated in Union Gap, Washington.
For the Idaho project, $43 million will be used and the remaining $10.7 million will be used for a 120,000-square-foot retail property near Yakima. For the full story, go to Portland Business Journal .
