City Planners Approve Mixed-Use Project at Pete's Harbor
REDWOOD CITY, CA-The Palo Alto Daily News reported that plans for a mixed-use project at Pete's Harbor have been approved by Redwood City's Planning Commission. Paula Uccelli, owner of Pete's Harbor, informed about the plan to residents on September 20 after presenting the plan to the Redwood City Architectural Advisory Committee.
The plan calls for a residential waterfront complex with 411 apartment units and a private marina. Paul Powers from Denver-based Pauls Corp. is the developer. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
