BURLINGTON, PA-As reported in the Philadelphia Inquirer, developer J.S. Hovnanian and Sons has sold a South Jersey shopping center for a price of $13.6 million. According to the report, Hampshire Real Estate is the buyer of the Town Crossing Shopping Center located in Burlington.

AT&T Wireless, Sleepy's, Burger King, IHoP, TGI Friday's, Office Max, and Dick's Sporting Goods are the tenants of the Town Crossing Shopping Center. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
