Andina Restaurant in Portland Gets Permanent Home
PORTLAND, OR-KPR Holdings LLC, managed by John Platt, has bought the building that houses the popular Andina restaurant at 1314 N.W. Glisan St. in Portland for $3.82 million. John Platt owns and operates the restaurant along with his wife, Doris Rodriguez de Platt, and family.
The acquisition will allow the Rodriguez-Platt family to invest on expanding private dining spaces and upgrading the dining room. The 10,000-square-foot property, constructed in 1900, houses the 100-seat restaurant and the 60-seat Bar Mestizo. For the full story, go to Portland Business Journal .
