Cole Real Estate Investments Pays $68M for White Oak Village
RICHMOND, VA-Cole Real Estate Investments has acquired White Oak Village, a 439,700-square-foot shopping center in Richmond, from Laburnum Investment LLC, a Forest City Enterprises Inc. entity. The REIT paid $68 million for the Richmond retail center.
White Oak Village, developed four years ago by Forest City, is 95.5% occupied. CBRE Group Inc. brokered the deal on behalf of the seller. Earlier this fall, Cole announced the acquisition of Hillside Town Center in Illinois for $27 million and Barrow Crossing in Georgia for $35.9 million.
