LAUDERHILL, FL-A senior housing community in Lauderhill has come under a new ownership for $17.15 million. Public records revealed that a subsidiary of GRE Properties, based out of Hollywood, California, has bought Lenox on the Lake, a 139-unit assisted living facility in Lauderhill.
Public records showed that the senior care facility, located at 6700 W. Commercial Blvd., was sold by a company functioning as FTMI Real Estate. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
