Darcey Builders's Honolulu HQ Changes Hands
HONOLULU-The last piece of Honolulu-based Darcey Builders Inc.'s building has been sold. The construction and cabinetry firm was closed in April due to weak economy. Air Conditioning Solutions Supply Corp. recently bought Darcey Builders' industrial condo at 501 Sumner St. in Honolulu's Iwilei section for $1.03 million.
The 9,708-square-foot condo comprises 1,208 square feet of office space and 8,500 square feet of warehouse space. Victor Arcayena of Hawaii Commercial Real Estate, based in Honolulu, represented the buyer in the deal. For the full story, go to Pacific Business News .
