Whole Foods Market to Open 40,000-SF Store in South Hills
PITTSBURGH-Austin, Texas-based Whole Foods Market has finally signed a lease deal for a store in the South Hills. The organic grocery will open a 40,000-square-foot store on Fort Couch and Washington roads in Upper St. Clair. KGA Partners, LLC, headed by Hal Kestler, is redeveloping the two-story office building, which earlier housed Consol Energy Inc., into a new store with 222 parking spaces.
