Construction Starts on D Street Village Project

PORTLAND, OR-Green Light Cooperative and Capstone Partners have started construction on D Street Village, a two-phased project at Southeast 30th Avenue and Southeast Division Street. The $10-million to $20-million project will provide retail space, offices and an apartment complex.
The first phase, which started recently, will convert the 30,000-square-foot Natures Northwest building at 3016 S.E. Division St. into approximately 21,000 square feet of office and retail space. The second phase will provide 85 apartment units and retail space and it will start in mid-2013. For the full story, go to Portland Business Journal .
