CHARLOTTE, NC-KBS Legacy Partners Apartment REIT, Inc. has closed on the acquisition of Wesley Village, an apartment complex consisting of 301 units on nearly 15 acres of land in Charlotte. The REIT paid $45.8 million for the apartment complex.
The multifamily property, situated near the junction of Thrift Road and Freedom Drive, was sold by a subsidiary of Wood Partners. It is 93% occupied.
