Rezoning Petitions Filed for Steele Creek Area Projects
CHARLOTTE, NC-Steele Creek Limited Partnership, controlled by Sarah Belk Gambrell, has filed a rezoning request for a project in the Steele Creek area. The project will include Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc.'s planned a 350,000-square-foot outlet center and a 120-room hotel.
The partnership has also filed a rezoning request for 110 acres at the junction of Interstate 485 and Sandy Porter Road for an industrial park with up to 17 buildings.
