DES PLAINES, IL-An affiliate of Malkin Properties, based in New York, has tapped Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP's Chicago office to market Glen Oaks Commons, an apartment complex consisting of 504 units at 9700 Sumac Road in northwest suburban Des Plaines. The multifamily property comprises 7 four-story apartment buildings with a mix of single-, double- and triple-bedroom units.
