New Granada Development Gets Green Light
PITTSBURGH-The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh has approved a $16-million mixed-use project planned for the Hill District's New Granada Theatre Block. New Granada Square Housing LP, a unit created by the Hill Community Development and Ralph A. Falbo Inc., is developing the residential and retail project.
Plans call for 7,200 square feet of retail space, 51 apartment units and 25 parking spaces. The approval of URA will help the developer qualify for $10.8 million in tax credits. For the full story, go to Pittsburgh Business Times .
