SACRAMENTO-Starwest Botanicals has leased a warehouse building spanning 117,600 square feet on a six-acre site at 161 Main Avenue in North Natomas. As per the deal, the organic herb supplier has an option to acquire the building, which was vacant for nearly six months prior to the lease.
In the transaction, TRI Commercial/CORFAC International's Ned Strong brokered for the tenant, while Jones Lang LaSalle team comprising Matt Lofrano and Mark Demetre negotiated on behalf of the landlord. For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal .
