WASHINGTON, DC-Cassidy Turley has secured $181 million in permanent financing loan for 1000 Connecticut Ave., a 382,988-square-foot trophy office development in Washington, DC. The 12-story office building, designed by Pei Cobb Freed, is situated in the city's CBD facing the White House.
MassMutual life insurance company provided the 20-year loan for the Arent Fox LLP-anchored building located at the northwest corner of K Street and Connecticut Avenue.
