MAA, Bristol Development Group Break Ground on 220 Riverside

JACKSONVILLE, FL-Memphis-based MAA is collaborating with Bristol Development Group of Nashville to develop a $39.5-million mixed-use project in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Jacksonville. The two companies, working along with Hallmark Partners Inc. of Jacksonville, recently broke ground on 220 Riverside.
The mixed-use project will feature 294 apartments, 17,500 square feet of retail space and a 397-space parking garage. It will come up on a two-acre site. The project is scheduled to be completed by mid-2014. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
