NEW YORK CITY-Retailer Jeremy Argyle has leased a 600-square-foot space at 321 Bleecker Street to house its new store, which is slated for opening this month. The asking rent for the space between Christopher and Grove streets is between $300 and $400 per square foot. In the deal, RKF's Caleb Petersen brokered for the tenant, while SCG Retail's Betrand de Soultrait brokered for the sublessor, Manoucher Hedvat.
