Fairfax Medical Office Building Changes Hands
FAIRFAX, VA-Duke Realty Corp. has bought Inova Fair Oaks III, a four-story building in Fairfax, as part of the acquisition of a medical office portfolio for $342 million. Seavest Healthcare Properties was the seller of the portfolio comprising the 106,000-square-foot structure and 13 other assets totaling roughly 1.2 million square feet.
Seavest and Lillibridge developed the 3620 Joseph Siewick Drive facility under a ground lease inked with Inova Health Care Services. Inova will remain the owner of the land even after this acquisition. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
