Genomatica to Shift HQ to University Towne Center

SAN DIEGO-Genomatica Inc., a biotech company based in San Diego, has leased a 68,000-square-foot facility situated at Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc.'s office campus in University Towne Center for 10 years. Financial terms of the lease were not revealed. In the transaction, the tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield, while an in-house team represented Alexandria based in Pasadena.
The facility on Nexus Centre Drive is currently being redeveloped by Alexandria and will be ready for occupation in September 2013. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
