Developer Receives Permit for Twin Lakes Apartment Complex

JACKSONVILLE, FL-Arlington Construction Services LLC has received 19 building consents for the $16-million Twin Lakes apartment project on Jacksonville's Southside. The building permits included eight $827,225 structures with 11 units each and eight $1.1 million structures with 14 units each.
In total, the complex will have 200 apartment units. Birmingham, Alabama-based Arlington Properties Inc. is the developer and Martin W. Koch of Maitland is the architect. The complex will also include a clubhouse and a garage. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
