Duke Realty Buys Three Central Florida Medial Office Buildings

ORLANDO-Duke Realty Corp. has acquired two medical office portfolios, including three buildings in Central Florida. The two portfolios comprise 21 medical office buildings that total 1.5 million square feet.
On November 13, Seavest Healthcare Properties LLC announced that its sale to Indianapolis-based Duke Realty was rated at $267 per square foot, or $332 million. The three Central Florida buildings include East Orlando Medical Surgical Plaza, Kissimmee Medical Plaza and Celebration Health Medical Plaza. For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal .
