COLUMBUS, OH-Clark Schaefer Hackett & Co. has entered into a deal to lease an 18,363-square-foot office space at the Easton Way One building situated at 4449 Easton Way. The accounting and consulting company currently leases at the Crosswoods Center, a mixed-use development located in northern Columbus. Equity Office is the owner of the Easton Way One building.
In the transaction, Cassidy Turley's Doug Falor and Randy Stephens brokered for the owner, while RJ Boll Realty Ltd.'s Wayne Asmus represented the tenant. For the full story, go to Columbus Business First .
