Valad Europe Sells Rathaus Center to Phoenix Development

DUSSELDORF, GERMANY-Valad Europe, in partnership with ZIAG Immobilien AG, has sold Rathaus Center, a 178,142-square-foot building in Monheim, Germany. The buyer was Phoenix Development GmbH. The center includes nearly 83,958 square feet of retail space, 83,958 square feet of office space, 10,225 square feet of ancillary storage space and 354 car parking places.
