PHOENIX-TLK Group LLC based in Richmond, Virginia, has leased a 17,000-square-foot space at Pinnacle Peak Business Center located at 1125 W. Pinnacle Peak Road in Phoenix to accommodate its expansion plans. The 84-month lease is valued at $1.4 million. TLK Group has plans to occupy an additional 16,000 square feet of space once its construction is completed.
