CORAL SPRINGS, FL-Palamar US Realty has acquired an office building in Coral Springs at approximately an 8% discount from its listing price. The company paid $3.6 million for the property, which also includes a surface parking lot.
The building, which measures 55,000 square feet, is located at 10100 W. Sample Road. It was constructed in 1992. HA Cumber Holdings was the seller of the Coral Springs building. Aftab Cumber is a member of HA Cumber Holdings. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
