Tiffany Expands at 200 Fifth Avenue

NEW YORK CITY-Tiffany and Co. has increased its lease space at 200 Fifth Avenue to 405,489 square feet by signing a 57,691-square-foot lease expansion. Asking rent per square foot for the deal was $85. With this lease expansion, the 800,000-square-foot office tower owned by L&L Holding Co. is now 100% occupied.
In the transaction, Studley's Greg Taubin, David Goldstein, Matt Barlow and Mitchell Steir brokered for the tenant, while an in-house team comprising Andrew Wiener and David Berkey negotiated for the landlord. For the full story, go to New York Post .
