Liquor Control Board Distribution Center for Sale
SEATTLE-State of Washington officials are selling the Liquor Control Board Distribution Center at 4401 East Marginal Way S. in South Seattle. Last month, the state tapped Kidder Mathews, a commercial real estate services company, to market the building for lease or sale.
The industrial building, located just south of downtown, measures 223,000 square feet and it has no price tag. The goal of the state is to sell the property by March 15. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
