Major New Development to Come Up in Lewis County
CENTRALIA, WA-Port of Centralia officials reported that a new, major development is coming to Lewis County. The multi-use project, Centralia Station, will be built on approximately 50 acres of land. Construction is expected to start by 2014.
Preliminary plans include nearly 400,000 square feet of retail space, 400,000 square feet of warehouse space, nearly 30,000 square feet of space for medical facilities, 40,000 square feet of space to house Centralia College facilities as well as 10 acres of sports fields.
