Kansas City Power & Light Building Hits the Market Again
KANSAS CITY, MO-The Kansas City Power & Light Building has hit the market again. Spencer Thomson of Thomson Walker LLC confirmed that the office building, owned by Gailoyd Enterprises Corp., has reached sale block again after a deal with Sherman Associates Inc., a Minneapolis-based developer, could not be completed. The building reached the market after a plan to renew the property into apartments fell through.
