WhaleShark Media Expands at 301 Congress Avenue

AUSTIN, TX-WhaleShark Media Inc. has inked a 95,000-square-foot lease at 301 Congress Avenue, where it currently occupies 35,000 square feet. Other terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to spokesman Brian Hoyt, the company will not occupy the entire additional 60,000 square feet at once. CommonWealth Partners based in Los Angeles is the owner of the property.
In the transaction, HPI Corporate Services LLC brokered for the online coupon giant, while Aquila Commercial LLC negotiated on behalf of the landlord. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
