Follow this StoryHOUSTON- Brookfield, along with joint venture partner KBR Inc., sold the KBR Tower office building and adjacent garage in Houston to Corporate Property Associates 17-Global, a W.P. Carey-affiliated REIT, according to a release from the seller.
