HIALEAH GARDENS, FL-U.S. Century Bank has recently sold six commercial assets in Hialeah Gardens for $10 million to Hialeah Gardens Industrial LLC. The bank sold the properties at a $5.8-million discount.
The properties include 49,167 square feet at 8851 N.W. 117th St.; 46,200 square feet at 10000 N.W. 80th Ave.; 29,841 square feet at 10200 N.W. 80th Ave.; 28,167 square feet at 8725 N.W. 117th St.; 12,007 square feet at 8000 N.W. 103rd St.; and 20 commercial condos at 10100 N.W. 80th Ave. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
