NEW YORK CITY-A Classic Watch Company Inc. has signed a lease renewal for its 14,300-square-foot headquarters space at 10 W. 33rd Street for 10 years. The asking rent for the eighth floor space of the 13-story building located between Fifth and Sixth avenues was $39 per square foot. Ten West Thirty Third Associates is the owner of the 420,000-square-foot building, which has an occupancy rate of 100%.
