Fairfax Board OKs Cityline Partners' Tysons Development
FAIRFAX, VA-The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors have approved Cityline Partners' Arbor Row, a massive development in Tysons. The 2.6-million-square-foot project is planned on a 20-acre parcel along Westpark Drive.
The project will comprise three residential structures with nearly 1,180 units, 1.1 million square feet of office space, about 60,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, a 250-key hotel, 4,000 parking spaces and a 4.4-acre park space.
