More New Leases at McClellan Business Park

MCCLELLAN, CA-McClellan Business Park has inked four more leases for a total area of 54,000 square feet. The leases represent one newly established company and three business expansions. The new tenants include DirecTV LLC, a satellite installation and service company, Berger Steel Corp., a structural steel subcontractor, Traffic Management Inc., a traffic control service company. The fourth deal is a lease expansion by the existing tenant, Mike Long Construction.
