FOLSOM, CA-Pro Unlimited is shifting its operations to Folsom from Rancho Cordova. The company has signed a lease for 14,793 square feet of office space at Iron Point Business Park, a five-building, 211,056-square-foot business park.
KBS Strategic Opportunity REIT foreclosed on the property last year. Iron Point Business Park sits on 15.7 acres of land beside the 1.5-million-square-foot campus of Intel Corp.
