Santa Teresa Village Shopping Center Fetches $32M
SAN JOSE-Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. based in Maryland has paid $31.6 million to buy Santa Teresa Village Shopping Center, a 124,792-square-foot retail center in San Jose. Santa Teresa Village LLC, a partnership in which Barry Swenson Builder owns a majority stake, was the seller of the center anchored by an Ace Hardware and Nob Hill Foods.
In the deal, Prime Commercial's Dixie Divine and Doug Ferrari brokered for the seller, while Kidder Mathews' James Gaglione and Cassidy Turley's Kevin Sweatt represented the buyer. For the full story, go to Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal .
