COSTA MESA, CA-South Coast Collection, a 300,000-square-foot retail center in Costa Mesa, is getting new retail tenants. Brown and Jordan recently inked a 15,000-square-foot lease at the shopping center, known as SoCo, to open its West Coast flagship.
Connecticut-based Design Within Reach will open a new store measuring 20,400 square feet on Friday. Annie Sloan Chalk Paints is expecting open in December. Portola Coffee Lab owners are set to open Seventh Tea Bar in December. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal .
