Clematis Street Building in West Palm Beach Changes Hands
WEST PALM BEACH, FL-A 30,000-square-foot office/retail building in West Palm Beach has changed hands for $3.2 million. An affiliate of T-Rex Capital in Boca Raton has purchased the two-story building, located at 314 Clematis St., from a subsidiary of Ram.
The property, constructed in 1923 and refurbished in 2005, is 93% leased. CBRE's David Donnellan and Todd Weintraub brokered the deal for the seller. The new owners have retained Anthony Librizzi and Joshua Nolan from CBRE's Palm Beach Gardens office to handle leasing services. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
