Conceptus Leases 73,000 SF at Murphy Crossing

MILPITAS, CA-Conceptus Inc., a non-surgical birth control device maker, is moving to Milpitas. The Mountain View-based company has signed a lease for approximately 73,000 square feet of space at Murphy Crossing at 1011 McCarthy Blvd. Gregory E. Lichtwardt, Conceptus' chief financial officer, said that the company signed the lease for 10 years.
Jones Lang LaSalle's Steve Levere and Rich Branning represented Conceptus, while Cornish & Carey's Chris Shaffer, Kurt Heinrich and Jeff Arrillaga represented Spear Street Capital, the landlord, in the deal. For the full story, go to Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal .
