NEW YORK CITY-Mega-restaurateur Stephen Hanson's BR Guest Hospitality has sold a five-story building situated at 206 Spring St. to Corigin Real Estate Group. The value of the deal was not revealed. Hanson's 3-star Italian eatery Fiamma was the tenant of the building. After the closing of Fiamma in early 2009, the property was utilized as a catering facility by BR Guest.
