PHOENIX-A Canadian firm has expanded its real estate portfolio in Arizona with a purchase of a bank-owned office building in the Ahwatukee Foothills neighborhood of Phoenix. Enright Capital Ltd., a Calgary, Alberta-based real estate firm, recently acquired the Ahwatukee Foothills Corporate Park, a four-building office property, from MidFirst Bank.
The property was 41% vacant at closing. MidFirst Bank took over the property after Ahwatukee Foothill Corporate Office Park LLC, the pervious owner, defaulted on its loan. Cassidy Turley brokered the deal for the seller. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
