Tsudis Buys 97,500-SF Building at RIDC Industrial Park
PITTSBURGH-The Regional Industrial Development Corp. of Southwestern Pennsylvania, a non-profit organization, has sold an industrial property at the RIDC Industrial Park on Alpha Drive in O'Hara Township. Tsudis Chocolate Co. has bought a 97,500-square-foot facility and a six-acre parcel at 610 Alpha Drive for $3.9 million from RIDC.
Tsudis had leased the facility for the last 10 years. The property was originally constructed in the mid-1960s as a warehouse facility for Lerner Stores Corp. For the full story, go to Pittsburgh Business Times .
