CHICAGO-Republic of Couture and H&M are joining other retail tenants at the Roosevelt Collection, an apartment and retail complex located at Wells Street and Roosevelt Road in Chicago's South Loop. Chicago-based McCaffery Interests Inc. is the owner of the building.
H&M has signed a 25,000-square-foot lease and Republic has signed a 15,000-square-foot lease at the Roosevelt Collection. The retailers will join BlackFinn American Grill, Z Gallerie, Chico Loco, White House | Black Market and Francesca's Collection at the complex. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
