Ranked by total square footage of assets under management, these firms carry direct fiduciary responsibility for the properties managed—whether they be office, industrial or retail. The only asset class not represented is multifamily. (Some firms listed also have a residential portfolio. In those cases, units were listed but did not count in the ranking.)
